Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between [not set] ("we", "us") and the business that creates a Wabzen workspace ("you"). By creating a workspace or using the service, you accept them on behalf of your business.

1. The service

Wabzen is software that connects to your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) and gives you an inbox, message templates, campaigns, contacts and a developer API. Your WhatsApp Business account and phone numbers remain yours; you keep full access to them in Meta's WhatsApp Manager.

2. Meta's terms and charges

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and turn on two-factor sign-in. You are responsible for everything done through your workspace, including by team members you invite and through your API keys. Tell us at once at [not set] if you suspect misuse.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, puts the service or others at risk, or does not pay - with notice where reasonable. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace (Settings → Workspace). After deletion your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into Wabzen. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide and support the service. You can export contacts and campaign results at any time while your workspace is active.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it depends on Meta's platform. We may improve or change features; if we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

9. Intellectual property

The Wabzen software, design and brand belong to [not set]. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for Meta's actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. You will compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms or of Meta's policies, or by content you send.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [not set] have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and email workspace owners about significant changes at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
