Questions

Do I pay Meta separately for messages?
Yes. Meta charges for template messages (and some other messages) directly to the card you add in WhatsApp Manager, at Meta's published rates. Wabzen only charges its plan and shows you an estimate of Meta's charges before every campaign.
Who owns my WhatsApp Business account?
You do. You connect your own account and keep full access to it in Meta's WhatsApp Manager. You can disconnect Wabzen at any time.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. Numbers that are already on the WhatsApp Business app can be connected without leaving it, and your app's contacts and recent chats can be imported.
Do I need a verified business?
You can start without it. Meta's business verification raises your messaging limits and unlocks authentication (OTP) templates.
