You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Choose the case that fits you:
You own a Wabzen workspace
- Sign in and open Settings → Workspace.
- Under Delete workspace, type the workspace name and confirm.
- We delete the workspace and everything in it - team members, WhatsApp connection and tokens, messages, media, contacts, templates and campaigns - within 30 days, and email you when it is done. Invoices are kept only as long as tax law requires.
You can cancel the request in the same place until the deletion is carried out. You can also disconnect your WhatsApp Business account at any time in WhatsApp setup, which ends our access to it immediately.
You are a team member
Ask your workspace owner to remove you (Team page), or write to us and we will delete your account.
You connected Wabzen with Facebook
We do not store data from your Facebook profile; Facebook Login is used only to connect a WhatsApp Business account. To remove our access, open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Meta Business Suite → Business settings → Integrations), find Wabzen and remove it. Meta then sends us a deletion request and shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
You messaged a business that uses Wabzen
That business controls your conversation with it. Please ask the business to delete your messages and contact details. If you cannot reach it, write to us with the business name and your WhatsApp number and we will pass on your request and help the business carry it out.
